This Plan Change proposes to update existing references to Australian and New Zealand Standards documents in the New Plymouth District Plan relating to:

• Network Utilities (Communications Facilities).
• Hazardous Facilities Screening Procedure (LPG Retail Outlets and Education Facilities).
